Step 2 - Fetch Provisional Booking
If you have completed a provisional booking but did not confirm the booking at the time you may pick up that booking using the email address you entered with the booking reference we provided in the email we sent to that address to confirm the provisional booking.
If you have lost the reference number just send an email using the enquiry form and we'll look it up for you.
